I've added a couple of page elements (on the right hand side of my blog).
"Subscribe to" is an option if you'd like a feed of updates of my posts and/or comments and your homepage (e.g. igoogle).
"My Blog List" is a more user friendly list of the blogs I follow. Notice you see a snippet of the blogger's latest entry.
