Gym 3/8

Today was treadmill and strength. Runners stress the need for good "core" strength. That includes exercising the torso, back, and upper leg muscles. That said, I did some woodchops, ab crunches, and vertical leg presses.

Not to self: A hangover doesn't help stamina...

FoodNetwork aired on all the overhead TVs at the gym. What's with watching people cook while you work out!? What gives?
